The hospitality and friendliness of the staff were great, and the views were beautiful. It’s a very pretty place. Access is difficult and it’s far from the center. We missed having a door in the bathroom. For what Lombok offers, it’s almost perfect.

The only good thing about the accommodation was the reception staff and the views from the pool. Getting there is an acceptable but uncomfortable ride if you’re staying in Kuta (15‑20 minutes by motorbike and a climb that becomes a challenge). The place is quite old and a nest of ants: in the bathroom, they end up on towels, toothbrushes, etc. In the room, it’s best to keep the suitcase closed. The bathroom water goes on and off and the facilities are quite outdated (rusty and dirty), and my room had excess dust. If you have allergies, skip it.

“Nice and quiet good staff very friendly but you probably need a bike or car to get around”

The views are great and the vibe is relaxed, but it’s a little far from the main streets.

The restaurant had very nice views and the staff were very friendly. There was no door separating the bathroom and the air conditioner made a lot of noise.
