The spot was convenient, yet my room was filthy—hair littered the bathroom floor and shower, there was no hand soap, and food was on the carpet that I kept stepping on. I asked housekeeping twice for a clean up and no one came for two days. The neighbors in the adjacent room were loud, drunk, and kept falling over things until 3 am, then started again at 6 am; I called the front desk as well, but nothing was resolved. It was terrible that I paid so much and couldn’t enjoy my stay.

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location, making it a perfect overnight stay before the Ravens game the next day. Front desk woman Cincere was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

The hotel was close to the ballpark; my son and I spent three days in a row there and could walk to the inner harbor. I thought the cost of parking was way too high, but that’s typical for all cities; if that expense had been included in the room rate at check‑in it would have been better.
