Well located close to campus, nice people, plenty of heat and hot water. Just what I expected. Good sensible alternative to overpriced local inn. I found this perfectly fine, and was happy to support a locally owned business. If you're looking for something fancy, though, this isn't it

Nice and quiet. Gentleman at the desk was friendly and made sure we were happy with our room on entering. Beds were comfortable. It's an older place, but well kept. Would stay here again. The sink in the bathroom seems to have a small leak. We stepped in a couple small wet spots

Location was good. Water was warm. There are no other positives. The manager was unable to do his job. It took 30 minutes to check in. He gave another traveler our room and another key after we were in the room and in bed. The man opened the door at 11 pm scaring us and him. The bedspreads were filthy. The cabinet was broken. It was quite gross

Nothing is filthy. Cockroaches everywhere, a dirty place, and the manager seemed angry when I called booking to complain.
