The location was great, just a few steps from a bus stop with a direct bus to Venice station. The room was clean and ready for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the private parking spot for a small fee. However, there was quite a bit of noise coming through the windows, especially at night, because we’re close to the road.

The location was fine because there were some buses nearby, restaurants, and a supermarket. The room was okay, but for the price it should have been more comfortable.

There’s gated parking and the bus station is close. The property was OVERPRICED! There’s no elevator for moving packages to the rooms. The area is in a poor neighbourhood. The room is very simple and tiny. Supplies in the room were minimal (just a small piece of soap), no water, no cup, nothing. There’s no English‑speaking TV channel.

I liked that the bus stop to central Venice was right next to the accommodation. Basic, tidy lodging. Good price! The neighbourhood wasn’t ideal. There were no blankets, just sheets with a so‑called daytime blanket on top.
