The bathroom and the bed were very dirty

The lady at reception is lovely and very helpful. She doesn’t speak English but she’s good with Google translate. She speaks Russian. The bed was pretty ok and comfortable. The room was mostly quiet. The rooms are big. Everything is broken. The shower has one drop coming out of it. They don’t supply any soap, tea, nothing. The sink tap is broken and the water sprays in every direction. They don’t clean the rooms and give you inadequate towels and toilet paper etc (only one room for a 5 day stay). The breakfast is very basic. Instant coffee. Everything is a bit dirty and broken. Dishes are dirty. Inadequate lighting in the room. It is far from the city centre.

A comfortable bed & dark room. Friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast was good but by half‑10 there was hardly anything left. The location is easily reachable and there is parking, but you still need a taxi to get to the centre.
