We chose the hotel mainly for its pool, but it has been broken for a while; a lot still needs to be done to bring it back to how it was 25 years ago. The pool is broken.

The building is beautiful, clean, and quiet; the restaurant is open to guests; the rooms and bathrooms are large enough; breakfast is good and Wi‑Fi is excellent. Nothing to add.
