The only thing that felt good was the pool area. The room was scorching, only one fan, the bathroom was a nightmare – no place to hang a towel, the shower had soap flakes, and I even found a live scorpion. The lights were stubborn, needing a hard tap to work. The front‑desk staff were friendly, but the manager was downright rude, and I won’t stay here again.

Service was awful, breakfast was terrible, the rooms didn't match the pictures, and the bathroom was always wet from a leak – slick and risky. They even tried to bill us for damage that already existed.
