We stayed here with our baby and were truly satisfied overall! 😊 On arrival we even received a free room upgrade, which we were very happy about. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and especially child‑friendly, making us feel welcome and comfortable with the baby at all times. The restaurant food was super tasty and reasonably priced. The beach right by the hotel was beautiful, with plenty of loungers, and the pool was also great. For families, paddles, air mattresses, and toys for kids could be borrowed free of charge. We also highly recommend the massages – very pleasant and the staff again very friendly. The value for money was really excellent! We could extend our stay by one night without hassle and even get a late check‑out on the departure day, which was a huge help with the baby. The only small point: walking to Lamai’s center takes about 15 minutes. That’s not far, but with a small child it’s worth keeping in mind. Grab rides to the Night Market for the short distance are sometimes not very cheap. Overall we would definitely recommend the hotel and would come back anytime. We felt incredibly comfortable here and had a wonderful time! 🤍

עברית למטה Serious warning! Stay away from this place! -Theft - Fraud - No response- I stayed there for two nights (Sept. 25–27). Upon arrival, they upgraded me (on their own initiative) to a better room. On the second day, while I was dining at the restaurant, housekeeping entered the room to replace towels and water bottles—but they stole some of my food in the process. When I contacted the front desk, they were no help at all; they claimed to have checked with the staff, but said no one had seen the snack. I wonder why they expected a thief to confess to their actions. The day after I checked out, they cancelled my reservation, claiming I hadn't shown up. When I contacted the front desk, I was told it was because I had been upgraded to a different room, so the original booking had to be cancelled. I’ve been upgraded for free at other places before, and no one ever cancelled the original booking. The reason for the cancellation is either fraud against Booking, or to prevent me from leaving a negative review on the Booking website—or both. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them ever since. The front desk says there’s nothing to be done and that the owner will contact me. He called while I was driving, and I’ve been chasing him for two days now. This place is run by thieves and con artists, and the service is appalling. Do yourselves a favor and stay away. They’ll likely try to respond to this review, so let me say this upfront: make up whatever lies you want—the truth is on my side. In my culture, there’s a saying: "May you spend the money on medicine." It means that while you may have swindled me and the system, I hope you end up using your ill-gotten gains only for things associated with misfortune. resort di buona qualità, camere spaziose, la qualità degli arredi dipende dal tipo di camera acquistata, ristorante sulla spiaggia di ottima qualità anche per le colazioni, scooter a noleggio disponibili in loco. gli arredi della camera standard sono abbastanza minimali, il bagno era pulito ma solo con l'essenziale
