“Great location and facilities at property”

The area was clean and quiet, and the apartment had plenty of space. It’s next to a Spar for anything you need and only a short walk from the Rialto stop, though it’s on the second floor with easy stairs. We messed up by walking from the railway station and were late for check‑in; getting the boat to the Rialto stop would have helped. The host communicated well. Everything else was fine.

The apartment’s location is great, about a 10‑minute walk to nám. sv. Marka, and the building is quiet. The bedding was dirty, no linens were provided, the toilet flush was in bad shape, and the apartment was cold.

We liked the spot right next to Despar for snacks and groceries. The unit was pretty, had everything we needed, and the extra space made it feel like a home away from home. Anna handled check‑in, explained everything, answered all our questions, and was very patient. The kitchenette worked well for storing, reheating, and eating leftovers. Keys sometimes got stuck in the door, which was annoying but not a big deal. The shower was only a handheld unit and a tub, which we knew beforehand and were okay with, but might trouble guests with disabilities. A scheduled power outage happened during the day, leaving us mostly without power; we understand the owner didn’t arrange it, but we’d have appreciated a heads‑up to avoid the stress. One of the nightstand tables nailed to the wall was broken.

“Good apartment 😁😁”

The apartment sits close to the water boat station and other tourist spots, and everyone was helpful with a smooth check‑in. I liked everything.

The location is very good and the apartment is pretty overall. However, there is a lot of dust, the fridge freezes instead of cooling because the freezer door is missing, the toilet water dispenser is broken, the AC is weak, there is only one stool in the kitchen, and a nightstand or shelf near the bed is missing.
