The front desk helped out and the lobby furniture was cozy, but the room’s power switch also turns off the fridge, so you can’t rely on it to keep meds cold. Soundproofing was awful—everything outside rang through as if there were no windows. We noticed a bathroom window was open, closed it, but nothing changed. The KL marathon started right outside our window and night‑time street racing kept going all night, plus corridor noise seeped in. We slept badly every night. Some rooms lack external windows, but the family rooms faced the street.

Not bad, not happy, and the location was easy to get to.
