Holiday Inn Express Hyderabad HITEC City by IHG

The rooms were cramped, even though it’s an express hotel; the bathrooms were especially tight. There was hardly any space to put luggage, and I couldn’t even open a trolley bag except on the bed. The location, breakfast, staff, and service were all lacking.

I’m grateful to the restaurant staff, Ms. Sabrina and Ms. Silora, who were attentive and helped me with my breakfast request. After a bad experience at another hotel where the eggs were hard‑boiled, they made sure the kitchen made soft‑boiled, runny eggs exactly as I wanted. Their service was appreciated. The hotel also had a laundry room and a small gym, which was convenient. I did experience two blackouts during my three‑day stay—small interruptions, but they happened. Room 303 was a bit small, but I understand it for the price.

The staff were courteous, especially Wenda at the buffet restaurant. The rooms were very small.
