Check‑in was at 3 pm, and after a long, sleepless flight I was exhausted waiting with a receipt; the first day was spent in fatigue. I didn’t like the downstairs takeaway shop because the cooking smell lingered in my hair. The rooms were okay but not good value for money, and the room size was an issue.

The hotel’s location near the MRT and buses was perfect for my business trip; it’s modern, comfortable, and offers great facilities, and being part of a complex with Novotel and several restaurants made dining easy. However, the breakfast line can be tough to get through at times.

The breakfast was fine, and kudos to Mr. Mohamed for coordinating the seating—he was a great worker and always tried to meet everyone’s needs. The rooms were a little on the smaller side, but the mattress was solid enough. Everything else was fine.
