I stayed in a room that was terribly dirty, the bathroom was so cramped that my legs couldn't fit between the toilet and the partition, and the heating failed for two nights; I don't understand why they didn't shut it off.

The location is close to the city center, which is great for shopping. However, the heating in the room didn't work, there was no hair dryer, and even after I asked, no staff came to fix it—next time I'll choose another place.

We dined in the evening and ordered a paella that was just a name—6 mussels, 6 shrimp, a lemon, and rice for €40! It was a disgrace to charge so much and treat tourists like idiots. The sangria, a Schweppes, a salad for two, and a crème catalane at €8.50 for €75 total—thieves! The breakfast, on the other hand, was fine; we won't be back, avoid it!

At Hotel Le Matin, a receptionist handed me the keys for room J. I had to call a colleague working at Hotel Mytrile to retrieve the keys and bring them back to reception; I even requested the return bus on the Thermes axis. The room was lacking a desk, the bathroom had a crack in the sink, and the main trash bin was hidden inside the wardrobe; I asked for a partial refund of the amount I paid.
