The bed in the room was clean. The rooms are quite old, and the toilet fixture wasn’t working properly.

The location and room size were fine. There was no cleanliness, breakfast was average, staff were average, and they stole my makeup bag along with some other skin‑care items.

The service was good.

The spot is great, but the breakfast and other facilities didn’t live up to other Ginger Hotels.

The location, ambience, cleanliness, staff courtesy, and food quality were all solid, yet there was no help with luggage transfer, the wifi was unreliable, the TV didn’t work properly, and the breakfast could have been better.
