“Péssima recepção e péssimo atendimento. zero cordialidade e pouco conforto. Banheiro horrível”

The lift was handy and the hotel is right by the basilica, with plenty of local shops nearby. Unfortunately, the front‑desk lady barely looked at me, answered in monosyllables and had zero warmth. When my husband needed help at night the night‑staff stayed glued to the sofa and gave us almost no information. Breakfast was sparse, you have to get your own drinks, pay for them and then fetch them yourself.

The spot is spot‑on for getting around, and the breakfast spread hit the mark. Staff were genuinely helpful whenever I needed anything. Nothing really stood out as a problem.

Being just steps from the basilica and on a bustling shopping street made the stay pleasant, and both breakfast and lunch were excellent. The staff were clear and patient when answering questions. The only hassle was the garage: it sits on the same street as the hotel on a vacant lot, so cars often block the entrance and you end up hunting for the owner before you can get out.

The air‑conditioning worked well and the beds were comfortable, which made the nights restful. However, the food didn’t live up to expectations and the elevator was slow and often out of service.
