The room smelled fresh, looked nice, was well maintained and roomy. The location was great, close to the metro and several key tourist spots. Staff were polite and helpful. Our room didn’t have a minibar, but they lent us a mini‑fridge that worked perfectly for storing our Dutch cheeses. Next to the hotel is a wonderful traditional Portuguese restaurant called As Velhas; it’s definitely worth a special dinner or lunch (waiter António is fantastic). I liked everything.

The room was very clean and had a modern design. The location was excellent because it’s close to the city center and the metro. Finally, the area is very beautiful. The lack of a wardrobe and hangers was a downside.
