A fantastic spot to unwind on the Mazurian lakes! The setting is gorgeous, quiet, surrounded by nature, and the glamping sites are very atmospheric. Everything is well maintained and thoughtfully arranged, and the views are truly impressive. It’s the perfect place to relax and escape everyday life. I definitely recommend it!

The lakefront location is nice. When we arrived at tent no. 6 on 12 September, it was clearly not cleaned (at least not anywhere near properly). There were many hairs of different colours and lengths in the bed, on the sheets and throughout the tent. The sheets and the bathroom floor mat had visible stains, and the toilet brush holder was filthy. We did not feel comfortable staying. Photos attached. I reported this to Lake Glamp through the chat on the day of arrival (!). The reply only came the next morning. Staff apologised, said they would inspect the tent, and promised to contact to arrange a refund of at least half the cost. When I asked for an update on 17 September, the manager withdrew this. She said that problems must be reported on the day of arrival so the host can fix them, and that we had not done this. That is not true, as chat timestamps show. At no point after my report did anyone offer to clean the tent again or move us to another one. Instead, she said the reservation could not be refunded because of their commission to , and offered only a voucher for a future stay, which is, as I told her, of no use to us, as we will not be returning to the area. I replied the same day pointing out that I had reported the issue on arrival, and I have had no response since

Glamping was something special, especially at this location. Everything is there for a campfire, hotpot, plenty of meadow, swimming in the lake. The issue was already reported.
