Good location and staff service, but breakfast was subpar—the cake looked old, with those “spider webs,” indicating bacterial contamination. In the first room we stayed, the outlets and TV weren’t working, so we were moved to another room, probably due to a wiring short.

We were driving from Brasília and chose the location because it’s close to BR‑040 for the overnight stop. A group of rude workers left the buffet counter filthy; more staff should be hired to clean the counter, prepare more food, and restock items.

Great staff, but the hotel feels like a workers’ dorm: they smoke and play pool in the lobby all the time, even during breakfast. No minibar, hair dryer, or any service. In the parking lot, wooden posts mark the spots; when you arrive at night with luggage, you might stumble and almost break a finger—felt like a trap.
