“Great price-value hotel in the center of Yerevan”

The hotel is a 3‑star spot on the ground floor and basement of a residential building on one of Yerevan’s avenues, so your room won’t be on a high floor with a view. The staff helped with everything you needed, and check‑in was smooth even after a 1 am flight. Parking behind the building in an alley could be accessed with a card, which was very convenient for moving around. Walking to explore Yerevan is perfect from here, and the metro station is just a 5‑minute walk. Wifi worked well. Next door is the Art Lunch restaurant, offering decent breakfast, lunch, or dinner at very reasonable prices. We would definitely come back if we visit Armenia again. The rooms facing the main street can be noisy, and some windows can’t be opened; a few rooms are even in the basement with no window. That wasn’t a problem for us because our room faced the backyard, and staying 2‑3 nights would still be fine.

The hotel sits in the best spot imaginable! The staff were friendly and helpful, answering every question and showing us around the area. The rooms were spotless and the value matched the price. On the downside, the room is in the basement and the window is high up, so it feels a bit plain—just keep that in mind to avoid disappointment. In the morning the hallway was noisy, and because it’s close to the center, nighttime music can be heard very clearly.

The décor is stylish, the facilities and furniture are top‑grade, and the location is great. The staff were friendly, and the place feels very secure.
