The pool, comfortable room, kitchen for use, and great value were all positives, and the bikes for rent were nice. The water slide was often off, the A/C was weak or blocked by a wardrobe.

“Very good value hotel in Koh Samui”

The room was incredibly clean and the bed very comfortable, offering great value. I didn’t get to use the swimming pool or leisure facilities, but everything looked great!

“Lovely hotel with some great features just not for me”

The room looked gorgeous, though the bathroom felt a bit cramped. The bed was comfy and there was a small living area, but the TV was broken. When I mentioned it, the staff member explained that it only worked during windy weather and only offered four Thai channels, which was fine since my friend speaks Thai and we didn’t bother fixing it. The electricity tripped while I was showering, leaving me with ten minutes of soap‑soaked frustration before we figured out how to reset it. The view was lovely, and the overall setup with the pool and communal kitchen was excellent—perfect for families. The vibe felt odd, and none of the staff seemed friendly. The location was a bit remote, so we rented a motorbike from the hotel to get around, but my friend fell ill, so I ended up staying on the balcony. They also provide a shuttle bus to the beach, which is handy for families. I’m not sure I’d return; it just didn’t feel relaxed enough for me.
