Everything pleased me; it’s very child‑friendly and family‑friendly. The pools were unfortunately very cold, and a heated outdoor pool for children would be beneficial.

“Amazing stay. Children had a blast”

We are usually a couple who, in the past, would have preferred backpacking rather than staying in an all-inclusive hotel. But I have to admit this was an absolutely wonderful stay for the kids (and, by extension, for us). The food is quite good for a buffet. The three à la carte restaurants had excellent food, service, and atmosphere. The beach is truly amazing. Staying in October, I enjoyed several 7:30 runs on the beach with breathtaking sunrises. Kids clubs and activities The highlight of the stay was truly the kids' club. The team was absolutely amazing, and my 4.5-year-old constantly wanted to go there, and this despite being the only non-German-speaking kid. The staff made him feel welcome and included at all times, with a great variety of activities that kept him entertained throughout the day. Beyond the club itself, the hotel offers a nice range of activities for children, both during the day and in the evening. Our son enjoyed it so much that we barely saw him, which gave us some very welcome time to relax. For families with young children, this is definitely one of the strongest points of this hotel. The only downside for some would be the mostly German crowd (80%+ the week we were there), mainly because the other kids were mostly German-speaking. Other than that, we found everyone very respectful, and the clientele was truly enjoyable (even the buffet stayed clean, which is not always the case depending on the clientele). Hence, we would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone, and it definitely exceeded our expectations. Frankly, not much to criticise. Food at the buffer was not always top notch but was usually very decent (with great choice) for a buffer

“Endroit parfait avec des enfants en bas âges!”

The buffets, restaurants, entertainment, activities, reception, room—everything is perfect! The only minor flaw is that the pools are very cold…

“Friendly staff and great for families”

The staff is excellent, very attentive, and all facilities are very clean. It’s especially suitable for families traveling with kids of all ages. During meal times, staff walk around to clean the tables where babies/toddlers sit because they tend to drop food. Everyone is very friendly, and we had a great stay. Highly recommended for families traveling with kids. The buffet offers a lot of variety, but the quality and taste are not super good.

“A really enjoyable stay”

The facilities in the hotel were really good. Spacious rooms, great pools, nice public areas and direct access to a lovely beach. The hotel was excellent for children and the entertainment put on by the star camp team was really imaginative and fun. This was our first experience of an all-inclusive holiday and we were a wee bit apprehensive about being trapped with mediocre food but the food was of a really high standard. There was lots of choice and the food was fresh. My partner has an egg allergy and all of the food was really well labelled so she could relax and enjoy it. The staff were all really friendly. The only very minor criticism (which the hotel can’t do anything about) is that beyond the beach there wasn’t much in the immediate vicinity which was worth seeing however transport links to Alcudia were good
