The hot spring lets you soak slowly and relax your muscles. The room is a bit tight but still comfortable, and the pajama set comes in separate top and bottom pieces, which was very cozy. It would be nice to have more hair dryers in the onsen area.

The location is excellent, with many subway lines, restaurants and shops nearby. The room is small, as is common in Tokyo. The hotel supplies all personal hygiene items, offers a choice of pillows, and provides pajamas. The onsen is tiny, but it helps after walking around Tokyo. The staff are super welcoming, and they serve free snacks and alcohol in the evening.
