“Hotel muy bonito pero con experiencia culinaria escasa”
The suites were very spacious and almost new, with comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the bay. Several staff members were exceptional, including Rodolfo, Itzel, Erick, the reception, and the concierge. The food and drinks were disappointing; the concept is odd because you share a pool and a restaurant with another hotel that also offers day passes. Apparently they improvised a tiny à la carte restaurant in what used to be a bar, but it’s far from the kitchen and service is slow. There are strange rules like not serving food at tables that separate a step or not crossing ropes to move around. The suites connect and become noisy. The wine served is terrible. Clearly a good executive chef and sommelier are missing.
