मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
Everything was at a good level. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for two people, with a high and comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, very varied and filling. The air‑conditioner was very loud, so I had to call a technician to turn it off completely. In the evening the internet was very weak, clearly the capacity couldn’t handle so many guests.

The service was solid, giving me a solid 8 out of 10.

I have stayed a number of times at Sofia Ramada over the past 10 years. Room clean but 'dirt' under toilet seat. Room service good. Room quiet at night, awoke well rested. Part of breakfast was good (fruits & coffee). View poor. Door lock temperamental, needed staff help once. Only CNN (English) available on TV (channel tuning password locked) and even this unavailable in my brothers' room, next door. No mini-bar anymore & fridge switched off. No fresh hot food available at breakfast, only cool & lumpy scrambled egg. Why not have hot food available to order e.g. scrambled / poached / fried egg with ham & toast, even if at extra cost? 'Drilling noises' nearby during the day. Reception very slow at check-in . is the computer more important than the customer now? A most annoying aspect
