The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and the food was excellent and varied; the location is great, and the hotel is well organized with large, well‑maintained pools and a nice program of activities. The fish was wrapped in clear plastic, which was a bit odd.

Breakfast met the standards expected of a four‑star property, and the rooms were always very clean and neatly arranged. The central location was convenient and we made good use of the garage; the key card system was straightforward. The dinner menu felt a little strange, but otherwise the food was fine.

A clean, bright, and spacious room with a very comfortable bed, a lovely location and a great terrace view, plus a well‑maintained garden and pool area, just a few minutes on foot from Kalterer See. The breakfast was excellent, we felt very welcome and relaxed quickly. The view window between the bathroom and the sleeping area is a bit inconvenient – it offers no privacy while showering and the light in the bathroom can glare on someone who still wants to sleep. The value for money was a bit high, though we booked at short notice.
