Overall, it’s a pretty nice place, but the property was under maintenance and the corridor from the lift to room 301 had an unbearable carpet smell; I had to keep reminding staff to spray perfume.

The rooms and their amenities were very nice, though the breakfast could have been better.

The check‑in staff were courteous, but the room‑service team clearly needs more hospitality training.

The restaurant service was poor.
