The location is amazing—everything is within walking distance, San Telmo Market is right behind the hotel (open Sundays), and Puerto Madero is only a three‑minute walk. The hotel itself is large and pretty. The waiter, Ariel, was very arrogant, shouting and insulting us. We had come from San Telmo Market with a nearly empty glass, ordered drinks at the bar, and he demanded we were drinking what he had served us, even though we had already had drinks there and left a tip. I work in hospitality and have never seen such unpleasant and rude service.

Everything was fine, though I had a few minor issues with the shower that were fixed right away. Everyone was very attentive. I would add that the fridge could use more drinks and a more powerful hair dryer. Overall, everything was good, and I recommend it.

The hotel is modern and tasteful. I couldn’t park my truck there because the elevator couldn’t handle its weight.
