The location was great, breakfast was good and the room was clean, but the staff member at check‑in overcharged my room and my friend’s room, refusing to charge the price listed on booking or to help recover the extra money we paid.

It was clean, well maintained, and the staff were friendly; they even offered popcorn and water for guests to help themselves, so I had zero complaints.

The location was easily accessible, the room layout was nice, and the staff were wonderful, very friendly and accommodating, making me feel safe in the hotel and area; however, I was extremely disappointed in my room because the shower water went from very hot to scalding, the curtain hook was broken so the blackout curtain couldn’t close fully letting light in, and the TV remote was dirty with a sticky residue that was really gross.
