The staff were courteous. The courtesy driver to the airport was very abrupt and also left the hotel late.

The hotel was relatively clean. The staff were rude, charged for the airport shuttle, and refused to help with anything.

I took the hotel shuttle and the check‑in and check‑out staff were friendly, the room stayed clean, and it was close to the airport. The bed felt too soft and the lighting in the room was lacking, plus there were no nearby amenities.
