The location was good, but it was very cold and the bed wasn’t very fresh.

The deluxe room with mountain view was actually smaller than the photo, the shower tiles were moldy, the mattress was very soft and the pillows too, train noise was loud because the tracks are about 30 metres away, and parking spots were limited.

The location was good, overall the hotel was decent, the mattress was fine, blackout curtains were present, and a kettle, fridge, and microwave were available, albeit shared. The courtyard had loungers where you could sunbathe. However, towels were never changed or cleaned during the three days, there was no heating and the dryer didn’t work, making nights extremely cold and drafty. The room on the first floor without a balcony was very small, the walls were scratched, the plumbing was awful, there was only one outlet near the bed, and everything in the corridor was very audible. The doors creaked because they were bad and didn’t close properly, a big issue on the first floor. Additionally, guests were forced to wear terrible disposable slippers at the entrance. From room 2 there was no view of the courtyard or cars, no air‑conditioning, and the light was very weak. For the price paid, it felt more like a hostel than a hotel.

The location was fantastic, and the room was great. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the rooms.
