The spot is right in the middle of town and the room is gorgeous, steeped in history. Even with double glazing, you still hear the street chatter, shouting, and music all night long.

Very nice, peaceful and comfortable stay in the heart of Urbino. The location is excellent. The antique furniture and some beautiful frescoes on the walls are additional highlights. The owner was very kind and hospitable

The spot is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything, with a parking spot close by and the Palazzo Ducale just a stone's throw away. A bunch of restaurants and bars are only a couple of steps away. We never used the kitchen because it’s shared with other guests. The room was dark and the outside AC units made it hard to sleep. The mini TV was tiny, the bathroom smelled strongly of stagnant water, and the shower leaked. For €100 a night I expected a better experience.
