The place is in a good location, but my stay was very disappointing. I first asked for early check‑in, which the host denied. I respected the rules and checked in after the set time. When I arrived, the apartment wasn’t ready – there were no linens. I contacted the host right away but got no response or help. Things got worse when an unidentifiable person, claiming to be from laundry, appeared and asked to take the dirty clothes from the apartment. This made me feel unsafe and highlighted the lack of organization, communication, and support from the host. It’s unacceptable for a guest to pay for a service and then receive no assistance for basic problems. The accommodation didn’t meet the minimum expected quality, organization, or safety. I hope this complaint is taken seriously so future guests don’t face the same issues.
