Overall, the place is fine if you don’t look too closely. The two pools were clean and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was generous and had something for everyone. Value for money was decent. In September, the pool area was very quiet and perfect for relaxing. Parking was ample, located on the roadside. Rooms were large, clean, and came with a spacious fridge. The whirlpool looked somewhat cloudy in the evenings. There were long lines at the six coffee machines during breakfast, even off‑season. Staff were very reserved, and as non‑Italian speakers we felt somewhat unwelcome. Reception barely spoke English, and some areas were a bit messy.

The hotel has very well‑trained staff who are discreet and always friendly. From the waiter to the receptionist, everyone was well dressed. Everything was fine.

Location and building design. The staff don’t speak English, Italian, or any other language, making it hard to even get a sandwich; communication is non‑existent between reception and bar. Information is unclear, even non‑existent. My sister was poorly treated; there wasn’t even a disinfectant, and the lifeguard was absent for more than 3 hours, risking serious incidents for children. They offered us the Ferragosto dinner at €100 per person without telling us it was a buffet. The buffet was awful, all frozen food, no basic hygiene standards; food was taken with hands, no covering, and the staff didn’t understand gluten‑free options in Italian let alone other languages. I want a refund of the €300 they told me to request here. I also have photos showing insects in wine bottles.
