We didn’t have many positives, though the host replied quickly through the chat. We booked 8 nights for a family of four and left after the first night because there was no hot water the first evening, forcing my wife to shower with cold water for over 15 minutes; a strong chemical smell in the hallway irritated our throats, supposedly from new parquet but it felt worse; the room was cold, heating ran for about 10 minutes then stayed off for hours, windows didn’t seal properly, and my wife and kids froze all night; no alternative room was offered, so we had to find another hotel.

The room was fine, but I don’t like the system where no one greets you and you have to interact with a metal box to get the key.

The location was good, linens were clean, parking was in the courtyard, air conditioning and heating worked, but the furniture was old, the mattress was worn with a depression in the middle, there was noise, the exterior window was cracked, the bathroom was subpar, the floor had a rug, overall cleanliness was lacking (dust on light fixtures, on the dresser doors, etc.), and the walls and ceiling needed renovation.
