The staff were very friendly and helpful, always trying to give the best service and offering restaurant suggestions while fixing any issue. Overall the hotel was clean, the Wi‑Fi worked well, and the breakfast was plenty. However, the elevator had problems; we were on the 5th floor and had to use the stairs twice. The shower door opens the wrong way, forcing you to fully enter to turn the tap, which means you get sprayed with cold water at first until the hot water kicks in.

Alex’s service was excellent, the hotel was tidy, security was solid, and it was well located for the activities we went to. Everything was in order.
