The facility and room are modern, and the staff greeted us warmly. We were lucky to arrive on a Friday, so they hosted a pizza night with aperitifs and tasty wood‑oven pizzas on the large outdoor terrace overlooking Fano and the sea, all at very reasonable prices. The “Openhouse” concept and philosophy were revealed later, so check their website for more details. The accommodation sits about 5 km from Fano’s old town. You’ll need a car to reach the venue, and a swimming pool would be a nice addition during hot summer months.
