मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
I arrived late the day before; a front desk staff member was especially helpful, ordering take‑out for me and delivering it to the room, and the housekeeping service was excellent. I’ll book here again; the location is generally convenient for taxis. The room’s sound insulation isn’t great, and there’s no disposable cup for brushing teeth, which is inconvenient.

All-night parties! Mosquitoes (the repellents provided in rooms don’t work).

The room was very clean and well taken care of. My room 107 was next to the utility area, and through the wall I could hear washing machines and profanity. When I asked to be moved to another free room, the administrator Nadya replied that other guests were expected there. Yet that room remained free for another nine hours after my request, raising questions about the validity of the denial. The hotel has a rule that no visitors are allowed after 21:00. Administrator Nadya knocked on my door, demanding that my visitor (a massage therapist) leave the hotel, even though that rule is nowhere written. According to the administrator, it was a verbal directive from the hotel owner. I believe guests should be warned about such restrictions in advance, at booking. The hotel is in a private area, so evening walks here are not enjoyable. There are no cafés or grocery stores nearby.

It’s nice to have reception staff ready to help you. Even when the issue isn’t related to the facilities, they try to assist a foreigner.

The price was good and the rooms were clean. Reception staff were very responsive and helped me with a parcel delivery. Late check‑in was possible, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very minimal, and construction noise was a bit annoying. Cleaning staff didn’t clean the room daily, and sometimes it was hard to find someone at reception.
