The location is great and the place is clean. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped, with warm water and radiators turned on in the evenings. The starting point for mountain trails is fantastic because you don’t need a car. The stairs to the mezzanine are very steep, and the double beds feel like sponges that collapse under the spine, so you end up sleeping with bent backs like a tram pantograph. The single bed is hard as rocks on a mountain trail. We woke up feeling broken in the morning. I definitely recommend swapping the mattresses.

The apartment is nicely furnished with a perfect view. Communication is flawless and quick. Dogs are welcome ❤️ Ideal starting point for excursions ⛰️ Other guests should be more considerate of others; unfortunately, everything can be heard from the hallway.

The rooms are beautifully arranged and offer above‑average comfort. The kitchen is spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom is stylishly set up. The location invites you to wander right from the accommodation, which we did to the Schneekoppe over the Riesengrund. A grocery store (self‑service) is right next door, though the prices are comparable to a late‑sale shop in Germany (expensive). It’s very quiet at night and you can admire a clear starry sky. At the start of our trip the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we asked to park a bit farther away. Thank you!

The bed was comfortable and large, the place was clean, the kitchen had basic amenities, and the shower cabin was wide. The location is good, though the last uphill stretch on the trail is a bit of a climb when you return.

The spot was gorgeous and the view was amazing. The apartment felt just right – nicely fitted out and exactly 36 m², which was enough for us to rest and head out on day trips. All in all a solid place to stay.
