The room was great.

I slept well on the comfy bed and the bathroom was spotless, and the hotel is just a 10‑minute walk from the airport. However, the TV was broken and the room was painfully cold. I called Reception, and someone came within 10 minutes to check the TV, then moved me to another room. That new room was even colder, taking about half an hour for the air‑con to warm it up. For the price I paid, I expected the room to be functional and at a comfortable temperature upon arrival, especially since I had already told them my expected arrival time.

Everything you could need was there: good food, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms.

It was just a few hours before the flight, but it met all our needs and was very close to London Luton Airport.
