The property is somewhat off the lake, yet it has its own charm. Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy our stay because of several major shortcomings. The passing trains are very loud. Otherwise the premises are generally quiet, but the neighboring rooms were also distinctly audible. Upon arrival we were greeted by a lady who briefly explained the key points such as breakfast times and the different keys, and she also collected the tourist tax from us. It was even more confusing when we were later prompted by chat in the evening to check in ourselves, even though we had already been personally received and the tourist tax paid. We were repeatedly asked to join a chat, which we found unnecessary and irritating. A significant problem arose even during the shower: despite the shower enclosure being closed, the bathroom and partially the hallway flooded afterward. Breakfast is served in a dark basement; we moved the tray to a table in front of our room. When we later tried to get coffee, the entire breakfast had already been cleared, even though the staff claimed it was available from 08:30 to 10:30. The room service didn’t work either. We were told the staff assumed we were in the room, but we were actually not in the premises from 10:30 to 18:00. On the departure day we wanted to have breakfast around 09:00, but the basement dining room was completely dark and there was no breakfast at all. The response to our inquiry was inadequate; we were told they assumed we no longer wanted breakfast because we had already eaten at 08:45 the previous day.

The location is strategically close to Peschiera’s centre yet still surrounded by vineyards and greenery. The staff were very kind and helpful. The Gold Suite with a terrace jacuzzi was wonderful. Highly recommended for relaxation and tranquility.

A heartfelt thank you for such an incredibly warm welcome! We enjoyed a lovely private breakfast and the most peaceful atmosphere. The silence was simply magical. We spent one night in this beautiful little Italian hotel surrounded by vineyards, and it was such a special and unforgettable experience. 🍇🇮🇹
