The proximity and value for the money were great, and the customer service was helpful during day, evening, and night shifts. The only issue was that the downstairs room was too close to the front desk; otherwise everything was fine.

I had an awesome time here; everyone should book this place since it’s just a kilometre from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, and I’ll definitely come back.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, even when I was stressed and running late for my taxi—already arranged for me—to catch the train; they stayed calm and reassuring. Thank you so much!

The location is great, but the hairdryer didn’t work, my room faced the entrance directly, and there was zero soundproofing.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and responsive. The location is nice, but the area around the hotel is very dirty.
