“Mare, bellezza, relax.”
Leaving the hotel will be tough because it’s the perfect spot to unwind, tucked into the gorgeous Punta Regilione area of Marina di Modica, the quieter stretch of that coastline; after six nights we felt totally refreshed, with the property just a stone’s throw from the beach—just cross the short road. Everything is set up for guests to relax and enjoy the scenery: a medium‑sized outdoor pool with a very effective whirlpool, loungers, umbrellas, and spotless showers and restrooms. The beachfront restaurant serves light lunches, pizza, or full meals at moderate prices, and the beach itself is right there, offering calm, warm, clear water over a sandy bottom. The staff were always smiling, professional, and eager to meet any request. Inside, the breakfast room (sometimes used as a restaurant) offers a very varied buffet served until 11 am daily—a real lifesaver for us late risers. The whole property was impeccably clean. The SPA, which we didn’t fully use, is free for an hour each day, and the gym boasts a handy multi‑function machine, a well‑stocked rack of dumbbells—far better than most hotels of this class—and several treadmills. The modern yet warm design reflects Sicilian and sea colours. The location is great too; within a 30‑minute drive you can reach beautiful towns like Modica, Scicli, Ispica, and many others. In short, we highly recommend it for a vacation that isn’t low‑budget but certainly won’t make you regret the expense—in fact, you’ll want to return quickly! The only downsides were a bit more pool maintenance and a slightly broader restaurant menu.
