“Beautiful Hotel with Excellent staff”

Booking the hotel matched the photos exactly—everything looked beautiful. The staff service was outstanding and made me want to return; I especially remember Ms Rajvir, Ms Sharwani, Ms Ragini, Ms Yashi, Mr Mihir, and the bag‑handler who, though silent, impressed with his smile, dedication, and hard work. Everyone we met was excellent, and the staff’s service made the stay unforgettable.

“Happy overall with hotel bu may not stay at same property due to adverse taxi experience.”

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the welcome was warm. Rooms were in good condition, and breakfast was very good, especially thanks to Dipanto (hope I spelled his name right) who took great care of us. Both room service and housekeeping were prompt and helpful, and the food was good. We had a problem with the taxi: the stand outside the hotel wouldn’t let our usual local driver pick us up, claiming monopoly. When we asked the hotel staff for help, they said they didn’t want to upset the taxi stand people and refused to drop us off at a nearby spot where our driver could pick us up. We ended up walking to the stand where our driver waited, which was inconvenient and put us in danger. This lack of support reflects poorly on a big brand like Hilton, showing they cared more about their own safety than their guests.

It was a bit out of the way but still close to Panjim. The property had heavy construction going on, which hopefully is finished now.
