Berghaus - Der Westerhof Hotel

I enjoyed a very good breakfast with a huge selection, but the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable, the room had two single beds instead of a double, and the bathroom fixtures were relatively old with a partially renovated shower.

“Leider waren wir nur 2 Übernachtungen im Westerhof. Wir hatten von unserem Balkon einen traumhaften”

The hotel is very nice. Nothing was missing at breakfast. Everything was super good, fresh produce, environmentally conscious with minimal packaging. You feel comfortable and welcomed. Because we arrived by train, it was impossible to walk to the hotel with luggage. It would be useful to mention in the description that guests arriving by public transport should note the hotel is almost unreachable on foot and should consider taking a taxi from the station. The stairways in and out of the hotel, completely without railings, are dangerous.

The location is beautiful and the view of Tegernsee is dreamy, the breakfast is excellent, the reception is very friendly, we’ll be back—thanks a lot.

“Trotzdem vielen Dank”

The breakfast is great and the staff are very nice, but the rooms feel outdated.
