The room and bathroom were luxurious, we were lucky to get an upgrade and loved the massage chair; a valet parked our car, which was helpful because the alley was narrow and space was limited. Water, coffee, noodles, and bread were available and free, and the front‑desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast area was really tight, and there was no bar or lobby for people to gather if they stayed in different rooms.

The location is right in the middle of Andong, the bathroom in the room is generous, there's a massage chair, and the rooftop offers a view over the city.

The property was clean, modern, and the staff were friendly; the breakfast that came with the stay was pretty good. The only downside was that the check‑in time was set at 5 pm, which felt late, and if you wanted to check in earlier you had to pay extra. Most hotels allow check‑in at 3 pm and some even let you in earlier if possible, so this policy seemed less competitive and less accommodating than expected.
