“Mala”
Nothing was a bad experience. The room items were old, and we found bed bugs in the bed we slept in; my wife and I had a very unpleasant gas issue.
Excellent location, cleanliness, and staff attention.
The place was very clean, but the facilities were not suitable for guests’ needs.
The facility was clean. The parking was two blocks away.
The staff member Manuela was excellent and very friendly, and the hotel is just two blocks from the main park—a great spot to relax. Highly recommend it.
