The staff were helpful and attentive, but the rooms lack a minibar, a small table, and a place to put luggage. The first room leaked air‑conditioner water, and the staff quickly moved me to another room. The shower has no spot for your belongings, the shampoo and body soap look identical (lol), the eco‑friendly toilet paper is terrible (literally). Parking is only available when you’re lucky; if you find a spot you have to guard it. Getting from the parking to the hotel feels like a horror film—dirty and without lighting. In short, I think the booking site should rethink its listings to make them look realistic.
