“nieprzyjemne miejsce”
I’m disappointed overall, though the location near the train and bus station is a plus. The atmosphere was unpleasant and full of restrictions, and guests were monitored by a camera in the common area—so when I walked from my room to the shared bathroom and toilet, I had to pass through a recorded zone! My room had almost no natural light because the window faced a narrow, deep well. The smell in the room was saturated with some chemical cleaner (I’m not sure if it was a freshener or a cleaning agent); when I opened the window to ventilate, fumes from what seemed like a nearby restaurant or kitchen drifted in, making it even worse. Additionally, to get the entry code you must register online and upload a photo of your passport or ID, which is a real hassle. The staff communication was poor—I had to remind them that I had arranged to pay the local tax in cash, yet they refused to give me the entry code (even after I paid the full stay price) because I hadn’t transferred the tax online. I’m very unhappy with this stay and do not recommend it. They call themselves “smart,” but it’s smart only for the owners, not for guests!
