Excellent breakfast. Maybe add an extra chair in the room… The body lotion box was not clean, and it was also empty…

“Für mich enttäuschend”

The hotel’s location is very central and the rooms are clean. Still, I was very disappointed. I left my expensive watch there, reported the loss immediately, and the process turned out to be very complicated. Phone connectivity was poor, and I experienced partial incompetence from staff. I paid for postage weeks ago, but the watch has not been returned to me yet. That’s why I can’t recommend this hotel.

The rooms were not clean, especially the shower cabin and carpets were filthy. There was no place to hang clothes in the room—only a shelf‑type wardrobe and four hangers. Because nothing else was available, we couldn’t take our clothes out of the suitcase. The room was so narrow that we literally had to squeeze past each other. Not a single drawer existed. Flip‑flops were not provided, and you have to pay extra for them if you want them. The mattresses and pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. Breakfast felt insufficient for us. In short, aside from the hotel’s location, we didn’t like anything.

“Virkelig dårlig oplevelse….”

The breakfast was good. We ordered rooms with a city view but received ones facing the courtyard. When we complained, we were told we had to handle it ourselves. Overall, the experience was very unpleasant, and the staff were rude. Cleaning crews entered our room multiple times, even though we had requested no housekeeping, and no apology was offered. Moreover, there was no parking available, despite the hotel’s claim of having about 30 spots, making it almost impossible to secure a space. We cannot recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a pleasant stay.

“Highly recommend!”

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Close to public transport. The breakfast selection was fantastic!!. Not necessarily a bad thing, but as a foreigner to Germany, I was very surprised to not find free bottled water in the room in such a highly rated hotel. Remembered tap water is safe to drink in Austria and did some quick research: turns out, Berlin water is also safe to drink. It would be nice if this was advertised in some way in the room for others from countries where this is not the case and whom might not think of this option
