Room, bathroom. The mattress was too soft, breakfasts were average, mainly Indian dishes, very little dairy.

Breakfast was very good with a good choice of dishes. I booked one of the pricier rooms with a backwater balcony, which was expensive. Workmen were installing support poles on my second night, 23rd September, until 11 pm, and the clanging of metal kept me awake. Why wasn’t I informed about this and given a chance to move to a quieter room?

The hotel sits inside a mall, which is really annoying. The place is a thief; they charge unrealistic bills and taxes, and you’re scammed without realizing it. The windows on the street aren’t soundproof, and the entrance comes from the mall, which is noisy.

The spot is fantastic and linked to a mall. Food is available all the time, the variety is great, and there’s a cinema too. The hotel allowed a child, but a fee was added at check‑in; it might have been a system glitch but it shouldn’t happen. It doesn’t fit the brand.
